    The final international conference of CoworkMED project focusing on the future of coworking in the Mediterranean was held at the Technology Park Zagreb on April 12, 2018.

    The successful event gathered more than 80 participants and successfully the COWORKMed project's activities to a closure. The project promotes an innovative entrepreneurship concept and gathers 11 organizations from 5 Mediterranean countries: Italy, France, Spain, Greece and Croatia. Development Agency Zagreb, one of the project partners, gifted one of the event participants with two months of free coworking membership at the Technology Park Zagreb.

    Frane Šesnić, Director of the Development Agency Zagreb, opened the conference emphasizing the importance of the event when it comes to development of coworking spaces and creating new opportunities for young entrepreneurs.

    Bernard Valero, Director of the Agency for Sustainable Cities and Mediterranean territories, gave an engaging talk stating that this type of collaboration resulted in a whole array of benefits and realization about the importance of learning from our differences while IRIS Research Institutes’ Fabio Bracci presented research data and spoke about the social advantage of coworking.
